Bumzy support

Bumzy is made by one developer, in memory of a dog called Bumzy. If something isn't working, or you have a question about your data, email anthony.stark@mail.com and you'll hear back from a person.

Common questions

My records aren't on my other iPhone

Bumzy syncs through your own iCloud. Check that both devices use the same Apple Account and that iCloud is turned on for Bumzy in the Settings app. A first sync can take a little while.

A reminder didn't arrive

Check that notifications are allowed for Bumzy in the Settings app, and that Focus isn't holding them back.

Memories from others says it isn't available

Invite links need an internet connection. If you're online and it still won't work, please email us.

I sent a memory and want it removed

Email us with the pet's name and roughly when you sent it. Memories that aren't kept are deleted automatically 30 days after they were sent.

Losing a pet can be very hard. In Bumzy, Forever › Talk to someone lists support services for your region. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
